2. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use certain features. Registration is free of charge.

Requirements for registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • All information provided during registration must be truthful and complete
  • You may only create one user account
  • After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided

There is no entitlement to registration. We reserve the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.

3. Access Credentials and Security

You are obliged to keep your access credentials (email address and password) secret and protect them from access by third parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your user account. If you suspect that third parties have gained unauthorized access to your account, you must inform us immediately. Sharing your access credentials with third parties is not permitted.

4. Scope of Services

Our platform offers the following main functions:

  • Creation and management of organization profiles
  • Creation and editing of venues and spaces
  • Creation, management, and publication of events
  • Public display of events in a calendar
  • Communication between organizations

We reserve the right to expand, restrict, or change the scope of functions at any time. There is no entitlement to specific features.

5. User-Generated Content

You can publish various content on our platform (e.g., event descriptions, images, contact details). You are solely responsible for this content.

Granting of Usage Rights

By uploading content, you grant us a simple, temporally and geographically unlimited right to use, store, reproduce, and make this content publicly accessible within the scope of platform operation. This right expires when the content is deleted.

Your Responsibility

You assure that you have all necessary rights to the uploaded content and that this content does not violate the rights of third parties. In particular, it is prohibited to upload content that:

  • violates applicable law
  • contains illegal, violence-glorifying, pornographic, or content harmful to minors
  • includes insults, defamation, or discriminatory statements
  • constitutes spam, advertising, or commercial content outside the intended scope
  • contains viruses, malware, or other harmful components

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these provisions without prior notice and to block the responsible user.

6. Copyright and Trademark Rights

All content on this platform that was not created by users (e.g., design, text, graphics, logos, software) is protected by copyright and is the property of the operator or was used with permission of third parties. Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright requires the written consent of the operator.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Use of automated systems (bots, scrapers) without express permission
  • Attempts to circumvent or impair the security of the platform
  • Overloading systems with excessive requests
  • Publication of false or misleading information
  • Harassment of other users
  • Sharing access credentials with third parties
  • Circumventing technical protection measures

8. Availability

We strive for the highest possible availability of the platform. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance work may lead to temporary restrictions. We will announce planned maintenance work in advance whenever possible.

9. Liability

We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of content provided by users. Responsibility for event information lies solely with the respective organizations.

We are liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.

Liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health, as well as liability under the Product Liability Act, remain unaffected.

Information on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will inform you of significant changes by email. If you do not object to the changed Terms of Use within 4 weeks of notification, the new terms are deemed accepted.

12. Termination and Blocking

You can delete your user account at any time without giving reasons. Deletion is done via profile settings or by contacting us.

We can block or delete your user account if you violate these Terms of Use or if there is an important reason. After deleting your account, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Publicly shared content may remain visible for a limited period for technical reasons.

13. Final Provisions

Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent legally permissible, the seat of the operator.

Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
